Your qualified course trainer Jason Patmore, is an ex-army physical training instructor who served in Afghanistan and Iraq where he helped numerous soldiers in their fight to improve and maintain their fitness as well as conducted rehabilitation support training. He is also a Level 3 Personal Trainer and instructor in various sporting and exercise programmes.
This course is intended for those who can't seem to find the time to workout.
