Want a brief but intriguing peek into your mind? This short course will let you meet you brain, through Neuroscience. The NBA (or Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach) is a multidisciplinary approach, developed through 25 years of scientific research.
NBA expert, Gregory Caremans will share his insight into how brain structures affect our decision-making and internal conflicts. He will take you on a journey through the four brain structures: Reptilian, Paleolimbic, Neolimbic and Prefrontal and how each one is linked to particular behaviours and character traits.
A few short lectures will take complex ideas, presented in easy to digest chunks. Discover the which parts of your brain govern self-control and adaptation and how we’re wired to deal with stress.
