This course will teach you how to foster your own self love and become empowered to achieve your goals, using a practical, hands on approach. You will learn how to authentically give and receive all kinds of love and improve your mindset, to cherish and respect yourself. You will also understand how your neural pathways affect your sense of self-love and how to build stronger ones.

Kristen Becker is a University professor with over 20 years experience in research on experiential learning. She also focused on neurosciences, psychology and understanding the inner workings of the subconscious mind, quantum physics, and the process of changing our own belief models, which she demonstrates within her teaching.

This course is suitable for anyone wanting to practice self love. It features daily practices to help you create a natural way of developing self-love as well as profound insights into developing a more positive mindset.
