This course will give you a framework from which to build a successful leadership role. Outlining seven key tips for you to refer to, this course will teach you how a number of varying situations may pose challenges for you as a leader. You will then learn how to apply the tips you have covered in order to overcome these challenges.
Your course teacher, Sarah Lewis, has over 20 years working as a psychologist. She has worked with organisations from production and service sectors, as well as working with higher education, not-for-profit and local and central governments.
