This food safety will teach you about food-borne illnesses, how to prevent them and how to train yourself and employees in food sanitation. A huge number of illnesses across the world arise from foods that have not been prepared or cooked properly, this course will help you not to make these mistakes in your kitchen.
This course is led by Ali Dinhofer, who has been teaching culinary techniques and hygiene for over a decade. Her enthusiastic teaching style allows for a positive, fun learning experience.
